Prices for children apply for the age 6-11 years on the day you receive the Japan Rail Pass in Japan.
The above prices do not include handling or credit card charges.
Due to exchange rate fluctuations, prices may change without notice.
The Green pass is for superior-class Green Cars.
Handling charge:
£5 per pass
Credit card charges:
Visa, Master & Amex: 2%
Commercial & JCB: 2.35%
Diners: 4%
Debit card charges:
There will be no surcharges.
Cancellation charge:
10% + GBP15.00 per pass
*Original administration fee of GBP5.00/pass will not be refunded

‘Special Delivery’ within UK: £7.00
‘Special Delivery for Saturday’ within UK: £11.50
‘Royal Mail Air Mail’ outside UK: £4.50
‘UPS’ within USA, Canada, Mexico - £50.00
‘UPS’ within Europe - £60.00
‘UPS’ within Asia (including Israel) - £65.00
‘UPS’ rest of the world - £80.00
Note:
1. Once the pass has been sent, we will not take any responsibilities for any losses/damages during the delivery. We recommend you choose “Special Delivery” for guaranteed delivery within UK, and “UPS” for outside the UK
2. Regarding the courier company, we only use UPS and provide a fixed rate.
However, If your trip to Japan is planned more than a month ahead, “Royal Mail International Airmail” service would be used instead.
(Although Royal Mail aims to deliver within 7 days, our experience has shown it would take up to 10-15 working days).
In any case where you do not receive your passes within a week before departure…
*UPS can be arranged and new passes should be delivered to you within the next few days.
*This means you will have to re-purchase your passes.
*Once the unused tickets are returned back to us, we will make the reimbursement
(Cancellation fee does not apply for this case, but card charge and the original postage fee will not be refunded)
